Postcard

For each dance production, OMC tries to send out around 5,000 postcards that advertise the show. In the spring of 2023, OMC premiered its adaptation of Shakespeare's "Othello."

I designed the front and back of the postcard with the help and direction of the Artistic Director, Garland Goodwin Wilson. The back of the postcard contains more information about ticket purchases and sponsors. Printing and shipping were through Franklin Press Inc.

External E-Blasts

I created and sent out "e-blasts" to over 2,000 people each month. This list of people includes donors, sponsors, active volunteers and people simply interested in the arts.

The newsletter includes what Of Moving Colors is currently working on, what events or dance productions are coming up, and mentions of what other local arts organizations are doing.

Social Media

Of Moving Colors prioritizes Instagram and Facebook as its primary modes of social media since our target audiences are older adults and young adults.

We create many posts for each fundraising event and dance production to gain awareness of our events. The example is a post created for our annual Legends Gala, and the theme was Shakespeare and Elizabeth.
